In Newark, Boraie Development teamed with Shaquille O’Neal to build the first high-rise to be built in downtown Newark in over 50 years. This high rise will cost an estimated $60 million dollars and should be available to rent.
According to the New York Times, with this collaboration, Newark gained the high rise, market rate housing, an amazing new theater, and retail development to boost the economy of the town. The new theater doubled the attendance of prior years. O’Neal and Boraie can give back to the community while still being a part of a great investment.
As Atlantic City begins to do a complete makeover, Boraie Development was chosen to provide the new housing needed for the new design. Boraie Development chose a barren region of the city called the South Inlet area to build a residential and commercial building.
The Revel Casino Hotel Tower had empty, barren space around it, and Boraie Development could envision greatness developing in the area. The building is a 250 unit apartment building with the idea of providing available quality multifamily housing for an array of incomes.
